Animal Feed

The quantity and effectiveness of plant phytases and phosphatases of the intestinal tract are too low to make phytate-bound phosphate available to animals in sufficient quantity. I

ADVATASE provides phytase that liberates phytate bound phosphorus which can then be absorbed by the animal.

ADVATASE products effectively degrade phytate leading to:
• improved phosphate availability and further phytate-bound nutrients for monogastric animals
• reduced environmental impact from phosphate excreted by animals
• reduced addition of limited and increasingly more expensive phosphate sources, thereby gaining scope for other raw materials.

Further, in animal diets an essential part of the nutrients are bound or embedded in non-starch polysaccharides (NSP). For example xylans or beta-glucans. Soluble xylans and soluble beta-glucans from feedstuffs of plant origin often have negative influences such as increased digesta viscosity. Hydrolysing these structures by NSP degrading enzymes improves nutrient digestibility of livestock.

ADVANASE products help to break down the cellular feed matrix resulting in:

ADVANASE Wheat L
Liquid formulation of endo 1.4 beta-xylanase and endo 1.3 (4) – beta-glucanase, both are produced by trichoderma reesei and standardised to minimum enzyme activities of 120,000 BXU/g and 30,000 BU/g.

ADVANASE Wheat P
Dry formulation of endo 1.4- beta-xylanase and endo 1.3 (4) – beta-glucanase, both produced by trichoderma reesei and standardised to minimum enzyme activities of 800,000 BXU/g and 200,000 BU/g.

ADVANASE CONC 400P
Highly concentrated dry formulation ofendo-1.4- beta-xylanase, produced by trichoderma reesei and standardised to minimum enzyme activity of 4,000,000 BXU/g. as well as side activities like beta –glucanase.

ADVANASE CONC 40L
Highly concentrated liquid formulation of endo-1.4- beta-xylanase produced by trichoderma reesei and standardised to minimum enzyme activity of 400,000 BXU/g as well as side activities like beta –glucanase.

ADVANASE Barley 70P
Dry formulation of endo 1.3 (4) – beta-glucanase, produced by trichoderma reesei and standardised to minimum enzyme activities of 700,000 BU/g.
